(WCBS 880 New York: Mon, 25 Jun) Putnam Valley's town supervisor wants to put solar panels on a nearby roof and harvest the sun's energy for cheaper electricity at Town Hall. Supervisor Sam Davis is bringing the 70,000 dollar proposal to the Town Board and is hoping to get its approval.
