Solar rebate program extended through 2010 (Boston Globe: Wed, 23 May) Maine's solar energy rebate program will be extended for two more years. A bill signed into law Tuesday by Gov. John Baldacci extends the rebate offer through the end of 2010. The program, launched in 2005 and administered through the Public Utilities Commission, is limited to Maine residents.
